Production enquiries

The contact form requests your name, email address, optional company name and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request, including steps prior to entering into a contract where applicable. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Technical information

The contact handler uses your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. The hosting service may also keep security and access logs. Your enquiry is sent to the Three Amigos email inbox through the hosting service.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry details should be kept only as long as necessary to handle the conversation and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable data protection rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

External video playback

Vimeo is contacted only when you choose to play a portfolio film. This sends technical information such as your IP address to Vimeo, which has its own privacy and international data transfer practices. See Cookies & external services.
